2. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. The detailed return eligibility and conditions are mentioned on the respective product pages.
2. For eligible products, the standard return window is 5 days from the date of delivery. Any return or exchange request must be raised within this 5-day period.

5. If pickup service is not available at your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to our office address.

Refund Policy

We accept refund requests in the following cases:

• Mismatch in quality, size, color, or design.
• An item is missing, incorrect, or damaged in a combo order.

Once the returned product has been picked up, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the same payment method/transaction mode used for the original purchase.

Important Notes for Returns

• The product must be unused and unwashed.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging and tags intact.
• Products without the original tags will not be accepted.
• Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 5 days from the date of delivery.
• Any return or exchange request raised after the 5-day return window will not be accepted.
